Though it may be possible to schedule up to TWO hours before the appointment,
PLEASE call me for a same day appointment.
New Practice Members:
- Should call if there isn’t a specific time that fits your schedule. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
- Fill out New Practice Member Form and either submit or print and bring in with them on their first visit.
